During the design and planning stage, viability is a constant consideration for our in-house team. We evaluate all the planning parameters to produce a scheme that may push the boundaries but is within reason and an achievable planning gain. This often involves initial discussions with the local government and overseeing planning permission applications. Planning drawings are produced after the concept stage has been client approved ready for submission. Noviun takes care of the whole process.
